Bio
Cecy Beltran has more than 12 years of experience in administration and event planning. Prior to joining the College of Education, she served as the administrative support coordinator for the College of Science and Mathematics at California State University, Fresno. She previously worked in radio broadcasting where she was the executive assistant to the CEO. Originally from Orange County, Cecy enjoys learning Brazilian Portuguese, strength training, and attending sporting events with her family.
